The Pre-Visit

How to Get Started

Your experience starts by booking one of the new client options listed on my booking site.. Once you submit your appointment request, you’ll receive a confirmation text and email once your appointment is accepted. Please note that some appointments may require you to fill out a form that will be emailed to you. This form provides essential details to ensure we’re set up for an amazing first appointment.

A few hours before your appointment, you'll receive a special link to customize your experience. This will allow you to choose the vibe for your visit, including your preferred music and ambiance. You’ll also get information about our food and snack options, as well as any add-on services available to pamper yourself further.

Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, so we want to ensure every detail is tailored just for you

Location and Parking

The salon is located at 51 Roosevelt Avenue, Dover, DE 19901. Free parking is available behind the building. Once you park, you’ll see 2 entrances to the building. The salon’s door is on the right, at the top of the ramp - look for the sign with my logo.

Stay Cozy

Please stay in your car and text your first and last name to 302.703.7503. If texting isn’t an option, feel free to call and leave a message. I’ll return your text/call as soon as the salon is clean and ready for you!!

Your hair history, lifestyle, and hair goals are all crucial in creating the best look for you, whether it's stunning gray coverage or a vibrant new color.

My salon is a judgment-free zone—no worries if you trimmed your hair between appointments, used box color, or you changed your mind about the bangs you thought you wanted - I just need to know.

Before We Start

Honesty is key here! I'll review the plan and pricing with you before opening any color or making any cuts. This ensures we’re on the same page and you’re comfortable with everything before we begin.

After the Chair

Once your hair appointment is complete, you'll leave the salon with more than just fabulous hair—you’ll have a personalized hair care plan tailored to your unique needs. I’ll provide you with professional tips on how to maintain your gorgeous gray coverage or vibrant color at home, ensuring your look stays fresh and beautiful for as long as possible. You’ll receive recommendations for high-quality products that nourish and protect your hair, so you can keep that salon-fresh feeling every day.

Continued Support and Care

I believe in providing ongoing support even after you leave the salon. If you have any questions or need advice on styling or product use, I’m just a message away (feel free to text me at 302.703.7503, (I know there’s usually not enough time in the day for yet another phone call).. I’ll check in with you to see how you’re loving your new look and to ensure everything is going smoothly.
